Christ-Centered Learning and Play
Located in central Hutchinson (the former location of Little Lambs), our beautiful facility is thoughtfully designed with young children in mind, offering a safe and welcoming environment both indoors and on our outdoor playground, where they can explore, play, and grow. Our facility is in a secure building, accessible through a code entered by the parents. Guiding Light Early Learning Center is open Monday through Friday from 6 am to 6 pm, providing
programs for preschool-aged children, as well as a before-and-after school program, and a summer program for school-aged kids.
Our center is Christian-based, with a
preschool curriculum
that emphasizes Bible stories and age-appropriate activities to help children learn about Jesus. Children can start at our preschool as early as 2 years and 9 months, and we believe even at a young age they can be shining examples of God’s light in the world with the right guidance. Guiding the children at our center is our exceptional team, including our dedicated Director, compassionate Preschool Teachers, and supportive Teacher Aides. If you pass by our childcare windows, you'll see the energy and joy of children laughing and learning. This happiness extends to our staff, church members, volunteers, Board of Directors, and families—all working together to create a warm, welcoming space for every child.
